Styracosaurus was a Ceratopsian that roamed what is now North America. It had a very strange and large head, which it used to defend itself.
Styracosaurus was a large herbivore that lived in the Late Cretaceous Period. It had a powerful beak, but it's most astonishing feature is its spiky head. It had only horn on its nose, but on its large frill on the back of its neck, there were several large horns. This would have been great defence. It is fairly closely related to Triceratops, one of the most famous dinosaurs.
