Preboreal Period: The St. Lawrence OceanEdit

During The late Pleistocene as the glaciers retreated for the final time, it made a massive lake (which connected directly to the atlantic ocean). The Sea was approx. the size of alaska. The land area was muchly boreal forest. The Sea gave rise eventually to the great lakes, & the St. Lawrence seaway.
